Circle of Success
Our model engages the church to provide mentors and pairs them with a mentee while still in prison or treatment. The mentor comes along side their mentee, helping them access services they need on their road to recovery and re-entry.
We equip mentors by connecting them with each other, facilitating mentor training, and providing access to an on-line database of service providers called R3 Connect. Our goal is to surround the Church and the mentor with ministries that can provide the necessary services so that the they do not have to become a service provider.
At the same time, we are connecting ministries to each other and helping ministries to engage in real collaborative work.
